Q:    How do you find candidates?

A:    Each employer search is based on the specifications of the position and candidate requirements. We customize a search profile, then source and recruit that specific talent. We utilize our network of referrals, active candidate database and direct recruiting.

Q:    Who pays the fee?

A:    Our services are fee paid by the employer. We work on a contingency basis, and fees are only due when a candidate is directly or indirectly referred by Search Point Unlimited. The fees are a percentage of the candidates salary.

Q:    What happens if the placement is not a good match?

A:    Search Point Unlimited guarantees the services we provide. If the candidate for any reason, (except lay-off), is not the perfect fit, the services are guaranteed for a free replacement within the first 30 calendar days.
